Countries included in the sample are Angola, Botswana, Cameroon, Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Egypt, Ethiopia, Gabon, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Morocco, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Tunisia, and Zambia.
