{"This dataset is the foundation for the article \"Effect of policy implementation on energy retrofit behavior and energy consumption in a simulated neighborhood\", currently under review. The article presents an agent-based model, which feeds a decision-making process based on existing behavioral household retrofit research with survey data and assesses the impact of different policies on cumulative energy need over 100 years. The model then implements four different policies intended to reduce household energy use and evaluated their impact.
