Weather data at experimental rice sites across rice growing region of India from 2000 to 2021

The weather has a significant impact on crop growth. In the Indian agroecosystem, information on the weather during a crop's growing season measured at the experimental site is scarce. We have compiled meteorological data measured at the experimental sites for the rice crop thanks to our efforts to digitize crop phenology and management practices data from unpublished theses from various Indian agricultural institutes. This dataset would be the first of its kind, providing weather data from several rice-growing regions.
