Specification for WEA-Acceptance Data (Version 2.0)
This specification describes how to conceptualise and set up a database for wind turbine measurements. It is suggested how to select, prepare and structure the data for publication. Some examples for validation and exemplary methods used will be given in the final database additionally, but will not be presented in this document.
