Micro-Topo-Dataset

This dataset contains microscopic RGB-D measurements of various topographies. The data was acquired using a Keyence VK-X210 confocal laser scanning microscope. A CSV file contains the metadata for all measurements, while the raw data for each measurement is stored as an npy file. Furthermore, each measurement contains the following: a height image a laser intensity image an RGB image a combined laser intensity + RGB image. Lastly, display_dataset.ipynb is included as a demo to load the CSV and display measurement data.
