Time-Delay System

The dataset used in the paper is a time-delay system, which is a nonlinear system of the form ̇x1 = f1(x1, x2 - y2d2, u1) + w1 and ̇x2 = f2(x2, x1 - y1d1, u2) + w2, where y1 and y2 are the approximations of x1 and x2 with respect to the delays.
