Microsoft Cloud Incidents Dataset

The dataset used in the paper is a collection of incidents from 5 workloads of Microsoft, including Exchange, EOP, Outlook, Skype-Teams, and Intelligent Conversation and Communication Cloud (IC3). The dataset contains information about the incidents, including the service impacted, the severity level, and the time-to-mitigate.
