VRPBench: A Vehicle Routing Benchmark Tool

The dataset is a vehicle routing problem benchmark tool for the mail delivery problem. It proposes instances for the VRP involving a real situation: the delivery of correspondence by the postmen in the Artur Nogueira road network.
