Pandemic PACT Advanced Categorisation Engine (PPACE) dataset

The Pandemic PACT Advanced Categorisation Engine (PPACE) dataset is a collection of biomedical research projects, each with a title and an abstract. The dataset is used to train a fine-tuned language model to classify research abstracts according to WHO-aligned research priorities.
