Unified Multi-scenario Summarization Evaluation Model

UMSE is a unified multi-scenario summarization evaluation framework that can perform semantic evaluation on three typical evaluation scenarios: Sum-Ref, Sum-Doc, and Sum-Doc-Ref using only one unified model.
