dom2vec: Protein domain embeddings

Pre-trained dom2vec protein domain embeddings used for downstream evaluation discussed in "dom2vec: Capturing domain structure and function using self-supervision on protein domain architectures" (bioRxiv manuscript: link).

The domain embeddings were trained using the annotations of InterPro db version 75.0.
