Other: This study aimed to investigate CD4 T cell responses to a novel Plasmodium-derived epitope and to examine the existence of a non-circulating liver resident CD4 T cell population after vaccination. Furthermore, the protective capacity of those CD4 T cells in response to Plasmodium infection was determined.
