Resonant stxm-ct on single wire extracted from pt/rh gauzes treated under ammonia oxidation conditions for 100 h

Abstract: This tomographic scanning transmission X-ray microscopy (STXM-CT) data was acquired at the P06 microprobe beamline of the PETRA III (Deutsches-Elektronen Synchrotron DESY, Hamburg). The sample measured during this experiment was a single wire extracted from the Pt/Rh gauzes aged under industrial ammonia oxidation conditions for 100 h of time on stream. A detailed description of the dataset can be found in the corresponding readme file and its associated publication. The sample measured during this experiment was a single wire extracted from the Pt/Rh gauzes aged under industrial ammonia oxidation conditions for 100 h of time on stream. TechnicalRemarks: In this experiment, ex situ STXM-CT was performed on single wires, with angles ranging from 0 to 360 degrees. The single wires were extracted from aged Pt/Rh gauzes treated under industrial ammonia oxidation conditions for 100 h of reaction time. The data available here contains the final and processed tomographic volumes of the wire measured at two energies above and below the Rh K-edge, at 23300 eV and 23208 eV respectively. Each 3D volume has been stacked as slices in each TIFF file provided here.
