Resonant stxm-ct on single wire extracted from pt/rh gauzes treated under ammonia oxidation conditions for 50 days

Abstract: This tomographic scanning transmission X-ray microscopy (STXM-CT) data was acquired at the P06 microprobe beamline of the PETRA III (Deutsches-Elektronen Synchrotron DESY, Hamburg). The sample measured during this experiment was a single wire extracted from the Pt/Rh gauzes aged under industrial ammonia oxidation conditions for 50 days of time on stream. A detailed description of the dataset can be found in the corresponding readme file and its associated publication. The sample measured during this experiment was a single wire extracted from the Pt/Rh gauzes aged under industrial ammonia oxidation conditions for 50 days of time on stream. TechnicalRemarks: In this experiment, ex situ STXM-CT was performed on single wires, with angles ranging from 0 to 360 degrees. The single wires were extracted from aged Pt/Rh gauzes treated under industrial ammonia oxidation conditions for 50 days of reaction time. The data available here contains the final and processed tomographic volumes of the wire measured at two energies above and below the Rh K-edge, at 23300 eV and 23208 eV respectively. Each 3D volume has been stacked as slices in each TIFF file provided here.
