Development Plan Bramfeld 36 1st Amendment Hamburg

The Ordinance on the Bramfeld 36 development plan of 7 May 1968 (HmbGVBl. p. 108) is amended as follows: 1. The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the Bramfeld 36 Development Plan" is added to the Ordinance. 2. In the single paragraph, the following paragraph 3 is added: (3) Retail establishments are prohibited in the industrial area, with the exception of mail-order establishments and sales outlets connected to mail-order establishments both operationally and geographically. Exceptionally, retail trade in connection with craft and manufacturing businesses, as well as businesses that trade in motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally space-consuming articles including accessories or with building materials, tools, gardening equipment or other construction and gardening supplies, are permitted to exhibit or store these articles. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), is applicable.
