Incubation results from ice-rich permafrost deposits in Northeast Siberia

CO2 and CH4 production in aerobic and anaerobic incubation in sediments samples from Muostakh Island (sample code MUO12), the Buor Khaya Peninsula (BK8), and Bol'shoy Lyakhovsky (L14-05 and L14-02). CO2 and CH4 production at 4°C over a 134-day (MUO12) or a 785-day incubation period (BK8, L14-05, L14-02) measured by gas chromatography.
