Ages re-calculated to be on GTS2012 (see table S6, this study doi: 10.1594/PANGAEA.910669). Note that all MAR values used in this MS were re-calculated to be on the GTS2012 age model, however the DBD, Bio Ba conc., and Silica % are original data. Subset of relevant data from Table S2b, Faul and Delaney 2010.
