Indo--1 Fluorescence and intracellular Ca2+ concentration in solution of Stylophora pistillata laboratory experiment

The fluorescence of the calcium dye Indo-1 was measured in solution by confocal microscopy at different calcium concentrations. A calibration curve was produced from the ratio of Indo-1 fluoresence at different calcium concentrations. A dissociation constant for indo-1 and calcium was derived from the calibration curve.
