Abstract: This project aimed to analyze the roles of hnRNPM and ELAVL1 in the cGAS and RIG-I signaling pathways. A comparative interactome analysis of hnRNPM/ELAVL1 and a global 3'-mRNA expression profile of THP-1 dual ELAVL1 knockout (KO) cells were performed.
