Reconstructed ptychographic x-ray computed tomography data sets of the dried gel ni/al$_{2}$o$_{3}$-dr, al$_{2}$o$_{3}$-dr samples and the calcined samples ni/al$_{2}$o$_{3}$-calc, al$_{2}$o$_{3}$-calc

Abstract: Reconstructed ptychographic X-ray computed tomography data sets acquired at Swiss Light Source, Beamline cSAXS (proposal MG24079-1) of the dried gels Al2O3-dr and NiAl2O3-dr and the calcined samples Al2O3-calc and NiAl2O3-calc of the identical particles. Detailed information regarding sample preparation and experimental conditions are available in the respective publication and electronic supplementary information. TechnicalRemarks: The data contains the reconstructed tomogram slices in a ".tiff" format as delta contrast tomogram. The correction of the delta tomogram and calculation of the electron density tomogram has to be done as described in the ".txt" files. Information about required offset correction of the electron density tomograms is provided in the respective publication. Reconstructed X-ray ptychography projections were tomographically reconstructed using the Matlab script of the cSAXS group of the Swiss Light Source, as published in DOI:10.5281/zenodo.3539550 and DOI:10.1364/OE.27.036637. Ptychographic projections were obtained as described in the respective publication and electronic supplementary information.
