Reconstructed ptychographic x-ray computed tomography data of an artificially coked mesoporous ni/al$_{2}$o$_{3}$ catalyst

Abstract: Reconstructed ptychographic X-ray computed tomography data set acquired at Diamond Light Source, instrument I13-1 (proposal MG24079-1) of the artificially coked mesoporous sample Ni/Al${2}$O${3}$-mc. The data set is part of an artificial coking study of nickel based catalysts, which were investigated by ptychographic X-ray computed tomography. Detailed information regarding sample preparation and experimental conditions are available in the respective publication and electronic supplementary information. TechnicalRemarks: The data contains the reconstructed tomogram slices in a ".tiff" format as delta contrast tomogram. The correction of the delta tomogram and calculation of the electron density tomogram has to be done as described in the "_cutoffs.txt" file. Information about required offset correction of the electron density tomograms is provided in the respective publication. Reconstructed X-ray ptychography projections were tomographically reconstructed using the Matlab script of the cSAXS group of the Swiss Light Source, as published in DOI:10.5281/zenodo.3539550 and DOI:10.1364/OE.27.036637. Ptychographic projections were obtained using the PtyRex package available at I13-1 beamline with 400 iterations.
