The data sets are labelled according to the figures in the manuscript. A2 labels correspond to 32.33Mo-32.33Cr-32.33Ti-3Al (at.%) and B2 labels to 28.33Mo-28.33Cr-28.33Ti-15Al (at.%). x denotes the Al content. Std. denotes standard deviations or conservative error estimates. Tl denotes liquidus temperature, Ts solidus temperature and Tc the ordering temperature. E_Ind is the indentation modulus, E is the Young's modulus. nH is nanohardness, HV is Vickers hardness. Labels with "SR0.05", "SR0.007" and "SR0.001" denote the strain rates of nanohardness testing according to the experimental description in the manuscript. m is the strain rate sensitivity. Rp0.2 is the offset yield strength.
