2d reconstructions of ag catalysts studied using in situ x-ray ptychography at the nanomax beamline, max iv

Abstract: The dataset contains 2D reconstructions of the Ag catalyst obtained using $in$ $situ$ ptychography. The Ag catalyst specimens were mounted on MEMS-based and TEM chips and studied under reaction conditions. Ptychography was performed at the NanoMAX beamline of the MAX IV Laboratory in Lund, Sweden. The specimens were treated in various gas mixtures and heated up to 500 $^{\circ}$C under atmospheric pressures. The gas environments for each specimen and its treatment conditions have been elaborately discussed within the published manuscript. A detailed description of the datasets can also be found in the corresponding readme text. TechnicalRemarks: The ptychography reconstructions were performed using the difference-map algorithm within the PtyPy framework. The uploaded .h5 file contains the data and all relevant information including experiment parameters implemented at the beamline. Further detailed data processing steps following these 2D ptychography reconstructions have been outlined in the supporting information of the associated publication.
