AllenCell dataset

The AllenCell dataset contains 12 subcellular structures (i.e., ActinFilament, ActomBundle, CellMembrane, Desmosome, DNA, EndopReticulum, GolgiApparatus, Microtubule, Mitochondria, NuclearEnvelope, Nucleolus and TightJunction) annotated in different images.
