Boston Medical Center EHR Dataset

The dataset used in this paper is a collection of patients' Electronic Health Records (EHRs) from the Boston Medical Center. The dataset contains information about patients with heart-related diseases and diabetes, including their medical history, recent and more distant hospitalizations, medications, labs, procedures, and clinical observations.
