COVID-19 TCR Repertoire Dataset

The dataset used in this paper is a collection of T-cell receptor (TCR) repertoires from COVID-19 patients and healthy controls. The dataset is used to train and evaluate the performance of the Adaptive Immune Repertoire-Invariant Variational Autoencoder (AIRIVA) model.
