Custom Dataset for Subcutaneous Tissue Segmentation

A custom dataset consisting of hand-labeled images by an expert clinician and trainees are used for the experimentation, currently labeled into the following categories: skin, fat, fat fascia/stroma, muscle and muscle fascia.
