EHR-OMOP is a de-identified EHR dataset from an academic medical center, containing 2.7M patient records (2.4B clinical events) spanning 2014 - 2022. MERATIVE is the 2017 release of the de-identified Merative MarketScan Commercial Claims and Encounters Database.
