Knowledge graphs (KGs) are collections of facts. Some well-known knowledge graphs include Freebase (Bollacker et al., 2008), Word-Net (Miller, 1995), YAGO (Suchanek et al., 2007) and NELL (Mitchell et al., 2018), are proved to be effective for a variety of downstream applications, such as question answering (Ferrucci et al., 2010), information extraction (Mintz et al., 2009) and recommender systems (Zhang et al., 2016).
