Surface Diffusion Dataset

The dataset used for training the VAE model consists of 10000 datapoints with 10000 datapoints for training and 800 for testing. Each datapoint contains a unit cell of the initial structure and a corresponding final structure obtained from an in-house surface diffusion solver.
