Norwegian Lung Cancer Biobank (NLCB) and Bergen cohort

The Norwegian Lung Cancer Biobank (NLCB) cohort and the Bergen cohort were used to create the proposed model. The NLCB cohort includes histopathological, cytological, biomarker, and clinical follow-up data from patients with suspected lung cancer diagnosed in Central Norway after 2006. The Bergen Cohort comprises 438 surgically treated NSCLC patients diagnosed at Haukeland University Hospital, Bergen, Norway from 1993–2010.
