Set author of PASCAL VOC 2007 to Weifeng Ge (previously M. Everingham)
Updated description of PASCAL VOC 2007 from
PASCAL VOC 2007 dataset consists of 20 different object categories. The training is performed on the combined set of VOC 2007 trainval with 5k images and VOC 2012 trainval with 11k images where the evaluation is performed on the VOC 2007 test set with 5k images.
